We work throughout the south west and our central Cornwall location means we are ideally placed to respond quickly to your needs. Our Hilti trained and approved operatives (all with CSCS cards) are experienced with all of the following:

• Diamond core drilling - forming holes for cables and pipes, placing anchor bolts and concrete sampling.
• Diamond wall and floor sawing - forming openings in walls and floors.
• Controlled demolition - with hydraulics crushers and diamond drilling/sawing.
• Cable, duct and box chasing - for fast and efficient installation electrical and mechanical services.

These techniques are suitable for works with ordinary and reinforced concrete, blockwork, general masonry and natural stone constructions.

We are an approved contractor for CCC and the Royal Cornwall Hospital Trust, and we count several local construction firms among our satisfied customers. We excel at working in occupied buildings, confined spaces and sensitive areas, but are equally able to adapt to the demands of busy construction sites.
